Memphis FC Signs Midfielder Ethan Barnes

Memphis FC is excited to announce the signing of midfielder Ethan Barnes for the 2026 USL League Two season.

Barnes joins Memphis FC as a hardworking and versatile midfield presence with a reputation for consistency, intensity, and nonstop energy on the pitch. After beginning his collegiate career at Northwest Mississippi Community College men's soccer, Barnes continued his development with Mississippi University for men's soccer.

Throughout his collegiate career, Barnes has proven himself as a dependable competitor capable of impacting the game in multiple areas. Known for his relentless engine and willingness to cover ground, he has logged heavy minutes across several seasons while contributing goals, assists, and strong all-around midfield play.

His ability to adapt in different midfield roles, combined with his work ethic and composure in possession, gives Memphis FC another valuable piece as the club continues building its inaugural roster.

Barnes brings energy, determination, and a forward-thinking mentality to the squad heading into the 2026 season.
